A Day at a Glance

Tutoring takes place on Monday and Tuesday afternoons at Our Lady of Guadalupe and Wednesday afternoons at Little Flower from 3pm-5:45pm. When students arrive they have a snack, they tutor for one hour and then participate in an art class.

2:45 pm TUTORS ARRIVE

3:00 - 3:30 pm  STUDENTS ARRIVE. THEY ENJOY A HEALTHY SNACK & VISITING BEFORE TUTORING BEGINS.

3:30-4:30 pm TUTORING / ART SESSION 1  

4:30-4:55 RECESS

4:55-5:45 PM TUTORING/ART SESSION 2    

5:45 pm DISMISSAL
