What is
Lolly's Place?

Lolly’s Place is an after school tutoring program for children ages K-8th grade. Our primary goal
is for our students to understand how they uniquely learn best and build on that knowledge. Our hope is our students feel appreciated and respected for who they are, and where they are in the academic development. We inspire our students to maximize their talents and abilities by promoting a growth mindset. We strive to instill a genuine love of learning through our tutoring and mentoring program.

Tutoring at Lolly’s Place

Lolly’s Place is a non-profit organization that was founded in May 2015. Academic year tutoring runs from mid-September to mid-May; summer tutoring takes place in June. Thematic summer camps take place in June and July. At Lolly’s Place we welcome children of all academic abilities, ethnicities, faiths, and social-economic backgrounds. We are tuition based and offer full and partial scholarships to families who meet our scholarship requirements. We help children complete homework, strengthen their academic skills, work on organization and time management skills, and mentor and support students with learning disabilities. We communicate and collaborate with Parents > Teachers > Tutors throughout the year. We views ourselves as a supportive partner in your children’s education journey.

Lolly’s Place believes in a holistic educational approach. In addition to one-on-one tutoring we offer our students a wide-variety of enrichment activities such as art, cooking, mindfulness, STEM activities, outdoor learning & field trips, and yoga.
